The story of The Fajita Hut
Our Journey
The Fajita Hut began in 2020 as a small, family run operation built with one goal in mind - creating a legacy for my two girls. Along the way it became more than just a business. It became part of our story, even leading me to my soon to be wife. After stepping away for a bit, we're bringing the Fajita Hut to College Station with a renewed focus on what matters most - family. Today we serve premium fajita packs, made fresh and designed to bring people together at home - because for us, it's always been more than just food. It's about family, legacy, and gathering around the table

Weekend spots are limited! and we recommend placing pre-orders early to secure your preferred time. Pre-orders open every Monday for weekend service.
- $50 minimum order.
- Same day orders are subject to availability.
Weekday lunch catering for large groups are always welcome and encouraged. We kindly request 48 hours advance notice for weekday lunch orders to ensure availability and the best service.
$150 minimum for weekday lunch orders.
